FireWeb

FireWeb is a mature web-based incident information management and communications tool which has been developed for and in conjunction with fire and emergency agencies and is successfully deployed in all spheres of government as well as in the private sector.

FireWeb has been developed in conjunction with our users for more than a decade and delivers the vital features necessary for the effective communication, management, dispatching and reporting on of fire and emergency agency operations. FireWeb is currently utilised in South Africa, the United States of America, Canada, Brazil and Australia.

Working on Fire has been working with FireWeb Incident Management since early 2018 and has worked closely with the team to customise the solution to meet the unique needs of our Dispatch & Coordination Department. The FireWeb team have been very accommodating and have offered support to our staff all along the way. As our organisation has developed and moved towards automating a lot of our process, FireWeb has been there every step of the way offering guidance. It is a real pleasure to work with the team and I would like to think that we have built a real relationship with them and look forward to many years together and many more developments, not only in this department but also other departments within our organisation.
