Whilst FireWeb has numerous out-of-the-box reports as well as a custom report builder, we understand that many organisations may have reporting requirements which span across multiple solutions implemented.
For this reason, we have developed the capabilities for third party systems to access our solution via an advanced Application Programming Interface (API) for real-time access to information as well as to connect via one of the many available data connectors to our application database and to access database views developed specifically for this purpose.
These mechanisms allow organisation to integrate the information they collect within FireWeb to form part of their organisational dataset and to build custom reports with this information in tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
